The START Operations and training Specialist is the primary guide for new BrightStar Care franchise owners from the moment they take handoff from Franchise Development through pre-open, opening, and early operations. This role owns the START program experience for each new owner — coaching them through the pre-open checklist and business setup, facilitating training (Operations Boot Camp and New Owner Week 1 and Week 2), and providing hands-on subject matter expertise across systems, process, and our proprietary software platform — until the new owner is ready to open and transition to their Segment 1 Field Support Coach.
This role blends the structured onboarding expertise of the START program with the business-consulting orientation of Field Support and is designed as the entry point into BrightStar Care's Field Support career ladder. High performers should expect to be developed — and may be considered for promotion — into a Field Support Manager (Advanced Owners) role.
