What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact: greet guests, answer/direct calls, and create a warm, professional office experience.
- Keep our office humming: manage supplies, mail, packages, vendor services, and facility requests.
- Support connection & culture: coordinate logistics for company events, trainings, and celebrations (from New Owner Boot Camp to our Annual Employee Party).
- Play a key role in recognition: help execute our quarterly franchisee awards program.
- Partner with HR & Internal Communications: assist with projects, announcements, and day-to-day administrative needs.
- Handle important details: order business cards, company swag, renew licenses, and keep our operations on track.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of office coordination, administrative, or similar experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs before they arise.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships with employees, vendors, and guests.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Professional, approachable, and committed to delivering a positive office experience.
- Bonus points if you have an interest in HR or communications support!
