BrightStar Care of Pensacola is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy services.
Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 OT services in the home
Focus on ADLs, safety, and functional mobility
Develop and update individualized care plans
Treat patients from evaluation to discharge
Communicate with the care team to support patient outcomes

Requirements:
Active Florida OT license
Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
Current CPR
1+ year OT experience preferred
