Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Daytime hours
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- No nights or weekends required for this case

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient in their home
- Monitor the patient’s condition and report changes in care needs
- Perform treatments and interventions according to the Plan of Care and physician orders
- Administer medications and document care accurately
- Communicate with the family, clinical leadership, and other members of the care team
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment
- Current, unrestricted Florida LPN or RN license
- At least one year(s) of nursing experience
- Pediatric or home care experience preferred but not required
