Pay: $28.00 – $32.50 per hour (based on years of nursing experience)

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Deliver personalized 1:1 home care to pediatric and/or adult clients
- Provide skilled nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
- Follow individualized Plans of Care and physician orders
- Accurately document care and patient progress
- Educate and support patients and families
- Competitive pay: $28.00 – $32.50/hr based on experience
- $300 weekly shift bonus for your first 30 days
- Flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, PRN)
