Pay: $28.00 – $32.50 per hour (based on years of nursing experience)
Current Case Opportunity:
Foster Home Setting – DeFuniak Springs, FL
2 clients in the home
$5 additional per hour per additional client
What You’ll Do
Deliver personalized 1:1 home care to pediatric and/or adult clients
Provide skilled nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
Follow individualized Plans of Care and physician orders
Accurately document care and patient progress
Educate and support patients and families
