As Director, Clinical Quality & Outcomes, you will be a trusted advisor to franchise owners and Directors of Nursing, leading initiatives that strengthen accreditation readiness, compliance, clinical education, and measurable performance. You will have the visibility, autonomy, and platform to build solutions that can be used nationwide.

This is a remote role with required travel across our franchise network,

Responsibilities

  • Clinical quality, performance improvement, and outcome initiatives across the franchise network.
  • Joint Commission readiness, regulatory compliance, corrective action, and ongoing survey preparation.
  • Development of clinical programs, policies, tools, training, and best-practice resources.
  • Analysis of quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Clinical guidance and education for franchise owners, Directors of Nursing, and internal partners.
  • Cross-functional initiatives involving operations, technology, learning, and business growth.

Skills & Qualifications

Education:
  • BSN required, MSN/MPH or MBA preferred;
Experience:
  • Active unencumbered RN license in at least one state with 5-10 years recent clinical and management/supervisory and training experience;
  • 7+ years of progressive clinical experience, including leadership, quality, education, or compliance responsibility.
  • Skilled nursing experience in acute, post-acute, home health, or private duty care.
  • Experience with quality improvement, accreditation, regulatory compliance, or clinical program development.
  • The ability to influence, teach, analyze data, and turn complex requirements into clear action.
Preferred: Private duty home care, Medicare-certified home health, Joint Commission, multi-site or franchise experience, EHR systems, CPHQ certification, or an advanced degree.
