Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase referrals and revenue
• Build and maintain key relationships across the healthcare community
• Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Represent our agency at networking events and community outreach efforts
• Track performance, analyze trends, and drive results
• Partner with operations and clinical teams to ensure exceptional client experiences

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing within home care, home health, hospice, or healthcare services
- Strong existing referral network preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or comparable experience preferred
