Director of Business Development – In-Home Care Services

As our Director of Business Development, you’ll drive strategic growth by building strong referral relationships, leading a high-performing sales and marketing team, and expanding our presence with hospitals, assisted living communities, physicians, and community partners. This role is ideal for a healthcare sales leader who thrives on relationship-building, community engagement, and achieving ambitious goals. 

Responsibilities

What you’ll do: 
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase referrals and revenue 
• Build and maintain key relationships across the healthcare community 
• Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships 
• Represent our agency at networking events and community outreach efforts 
• Track performance, analyze trends, and drive results 
• Partner with operations and clinical teams to ensure exceptional client experiences 

Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing within home care, home health, hospice, or healthcare services
  • Strong existing referral network preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or comparable experience preferred
