Customer Care Manager – Starting Salary $40,000
BrightStar Care of Pensacola is hiring a Customer Care Manager to support daily office operations and ensure excellent service for our clients, families, and field staff. This role focuses on scheduling, customer care coordination, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced home care environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead the customer care process, policies, and procedures
Coordinate and schedule field staff for private duty and medical staffing clients
Manage unstaffed shifts to optimize caregiver availability and reduce overtime and lost revenue
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, families, and field staff
Handle high-volume phone calls and inquiries
Supervise, educate, and coach field staff as directed
Oversee the client and caregiver touchpoint process and report results
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation

What You Need
High School Diploma (required)
1 year of experience in a home health, hospital, or medical staffing environment (highly preferred)
1 year of CNA or caregiver experience (highly preferred)
Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
