What You'll Do
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, case managers, social workers, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities
- Generate new business through networking, community outreach, cold calling, and in-person visits
- Promote BrightStar Care's full continuum of home care and home health services
- Manage and grow your territory while maintaining an active pipeline of referral sources
- Collaborate with branch leadership to execute sales and marketing initiatives
- Represent BrightStar Care at community events and professional organizations
- Track activities and opportunities using CRM systems and provide regular sales updates
- Help strengthen the branch's local presence through networking and community engagement

Skills & Qualifications
- Two or more years of outside sales experience required
- Healthcare, home care, home health, hospice, senior living, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with face-to-face sales and prospecting activities
- Experience using CRM systems is preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Daily travel throughout Cook County
- Based out of our Northbrook office
- Occasional evening networking events may be required
