Responsibilities
- Client & Customer Care: Lead and support Customer Care Managers (CCMs) while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
- Recruitment & Staffing: Develop and execute ongoing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Operations Management: Oversee payroll, scheduling, billing, and coding processes using company systems and tools.
- Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure adherence to Joint Commission standards and all federal, state, and local regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare, home care, or a related field.
- Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
