Responsibilities

  • Client & Customer Care: Lead and support Customer Care Managers (CCMs) while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Develop and execute ongoing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Operations Management: Oversee payroll, scheduling, billing, and coding processes using company systems and tools.
  • Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure adherence to Joint Commission standards and all federal, state, and local regulations.
