Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- HubSpot Ownership & System Architecture
- Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot (Marketing Hub + CRM)
- Build and optimize workflows, forms, lists, and lifecycle stages
- Maintain scalable system architecture to support campaigns and growth
- Manage integrations with external platforms (PPC, SEO tools, call tracking, etc.)
- Own end-to-end lead routing logic and governance
- Ensure accurate assignment, follow-up, and visibility across teams
- Define and maintain lifecycle stages (MQL, SQL, etc.)
- Identify and resolve breakdowns in the funnel
- Establish and maintain attribution tracking (UTMs, source tracking, multi-touch)
- Build dashboards that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting
- Partner with leadership and finance to validate performance metrics
- Maintain data hygiene standards across HubSpot
- Audit and clean legacy data, properties, and workflows
- Establish naming conventions and documentation
- Ensure compliance with data and privacy standards
- Partner with Demand Generation to support campaign execution in HubSpot
- QA tracking and conversion events for PPC/SEO vendors
- Ensure campaigns are set up for accurate measurement and optimization
- Troubleshoot issues impacting performance or reporting

- 5–8+ years in Marketing Operations, CRM management, or similar role
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM systems
- Experience supporting demand generation and multi-channel campaigns
- Advanced knowledge of workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation
- Strong understanding of attribution models and tracking (UTMs, pixels, etc.)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting (HubSpot dashboards, Excel, BI tools)
- Systems thinker: understands how marketing, sales, and data connect
- Detail-oriented: spots issues before they become problems
- Proactive: doesn’t wait for something to break to fix it
- Collaborative: works cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and vendors
- Lead routing is accurate, consistent, and visible across teams
- Attribution is clear and trusted from first touch through revenue
- Campaigns launch with clean tracking and measurable outcomes
- Data is structured, reliable, and actionable
- Leadership has confidence in marketing performance reporting
- Full-Time Salaried Remote role within the United States
- 10% Travel to the corporate office in Bannockburn, IL
