Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Infusion Therapy | Flexible Schedule (15–30 Hours Per Week)
BrightStar Care is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) with infusion experience to provide meaningful 1:1 home care for patients receiving IV therapy and specialty infusion treatments. This role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality infusion care in the comfort of patients’ homes.
Starting Pay: $35/hour (higher rates available based on experience)
This position will work approximately 15–30 hours per week.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver personalized 1:1 in-home infusion nursing care
• Administer IV medications and infusion therapies following clinical protocols
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and infusion tolerance
• Manage PICC lines, ports, midlines, and peripheral IVs (PIV)
• Perform lab draws and other skilled nursing procedures as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medication administration
• Document care accurately and communicate with the care team
Infusion Therapies May Include
• IV antibiotics
• IVIG / immunoglobulin therapy
• Alpha-1 antitrypsin therapy
• Enzyme replacement therapies
• Hydration therapy
• Other specialty infusion medications

What You Need
• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong IV therapy and infusion experience
• Competency with PICC, ports, midlines, and peripheral IVs
• Home health or infusion experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
