Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Deliver compassionate 1:1 care in patients’ homes
- Partner with families to ensure patients feel safe and supported
- Follow care plans and use sound judgment within the LPN scope of practice
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Perform all skills and procedures allowed under state regulations and BrightStar standards
- $4,000 Sign-On Bonus (full-time)

- Current LPN license in Florida
- 1+ year nursing experience
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability
- Compassionate communicator with patients and families
- Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR, and up-to-date TB or Chest X-Ray
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
